The routine


To experience a daily life filled with adventure, exploration and creation, all while strengthening my body, my mind, my soul and my finances.

The Body: the cultivation of physical fitness through resistance training, yoga, breathwork and outdoor activities.

The Mind: the attainment of clarity through meditation, journaling and authenticity.

The Soul: the maintenance of awareness through lucid living, gratitude and artistic creation.

The Financial: the expansion of freedom through regular dedicated deep work sessions for my online business.


  • NO COFFEE (exception on Friday and Saturday): a single espresso in the morning can give me insomnia up to 04h00
  • BARBELL LIFT 5 TIMES A WEEK [link to my workout log]: Squats, Overhead Press, Deadlift, Bench Press, Bent-Over Barbell Row, Chin-Ups, Dips, Dead Hanging Knee Raises Rotation. Never to failure, focusing on contraction, not exhaustion.
  • STICK TO A FASTING SCHEDULE: Monday = OMAD, Tuesday = Fast, Wednesday = OMAD, Thursday = Fast, Friday & Saturday = “classic” Intermittent Fasting (18/6 or so), Sunday = Fast + NO SCREEN
  • NO DAIRY / NO EGGS: those stuff allegedly “feed” disease
  • NO GLUTEN, NO CHOCOLATE, NO ALCOHOL (exception on Friday and Saturday)
  • NO INTERNET ON LAPTOP AFTER 20h00 (phone is OK, I don’t like using it much actually): Cold Turkey block in place
